Over and over, I hear business owners say they don’t know how to consistently and successfully communicate with potential clients about their products and/or services.

They lack clarity and feel overwhelmed when they have an opportunity to talk about their business. In addition, they don’t know how to develop an effective business communication plan. Finally, even when they understand these are necessary for long-term business success and want to take action, they struggle with procrastination and accountability.

I CAN HELP

When you hire A Million Ideas (AMI) as your Fractional Chief Communication Officer (FCCO), I’ll help you develop an approach to business communication based on authentic messaging that will result in expanded reach so your clients can easily find you and increased visibility across multiple platforms. With AMI as your FCCO, you’ll begin to establish good business communication practices which move your business from surviving to thriving.

I believe good business communication includes creating blogs, sending emails, posting on social media, maximizing your Google profile, and maintaining a website.

Blogs share detailed information and stories that communicate who you are, what you do, and how you do it.

Email keeps you connected to both your past, current and potential future clients by offering valuable content and alerting them to special offers and events.

Social media posting helps increase awareness of your business and keeps you top of mind with your followers.

Your Google profile helps potential new clients easily find you.

Your website is where people can get to know you better and decide if they want to work with you or purchase your products.

HOW IT WORKS

I have a million ideas for developing content to tell the story of your business and I’ll share them all with you.

We’ll begin with an evaluation of your current business communication practices – don’t worry if you don’t have any yet! After we’ve completed the evaluation, we’ll set goals for you and your team to communicate across multiple platforms, and develop a plan for the upcoming month.

We’ll meet monthly, in-person or remotely, to discuss what’s working, identify your next steps, and clarify your business communication plan. At the end of each of these meetings, you’ll know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Between monthly meetings, I’ll contact you every week to help you stay on track and cheer you on.

You have the choice to

  • implement your business communication plan on your own or
  • purchase additional services from AMI and I’ll implement the plan for you.

If you decide you want additional help, I’m ready and able to provide it. Here are some of AMI’s additional services.

Time, commitment, and persistence are essential for developing a successful  business communication plan and to achieve your goals. To create a resilient business communication plan and implement it takes time. Therefore, the FCCO package requires a minimum six-month commitment. The fee for this service is $400/month.
